Data processing & data storage
With this data protection declaration we inform you about how we use, pass on and otherwise process the personal data collected from you. We treat all personal data in accordance with the provisions of European and Austrian data protection law. In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

If you have sent us personal data via the website or by e-mail, we will only process this for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have made your data available to us . We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the order or unless required by law.

Storage of data
In accordance with the applicable data protection requirements, we are obliged to delete personal data immediately in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 1 lit. e GDPR as soon as the purpose for processing has been fulfilled. In this context, we would like to point out that legal storage obligations and periods represent a legitimate purpose for the processing of personal data.

Server log files
In order to optimize our websites in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the operator of the respective website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language settings, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and date/time.
We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use. These log files are processed for a period of 6 months. The legal basis is on the one hand the fulfillment of the contract, specifically the free provision of our website (Art 6 Para 1 lit b GDPR), in our overriding interest in the security and functionality of our website (Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR) and, ultimately, these are technically necessary for the operation of the website (§ 96 Para. 3 TKG).

Your rights
As the person concerned, you have the right to information about your stored personal data as well as a right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing as well as blocking/anonymization or deletion of the data, insofar as there are no exceptions (e.g. statutory storage obligation) and subject to the legal regulations.
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.

data security
Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, illegal or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

booking requests
In the case of non-binding booking inquiries, we process the data in order to be able to provide you with the requested services. For this purpose we store and process names, address and communication data as well as data on the desired stay. The processing takes place for the purpose of providing contractual services or to fulfill pre-contractual services.

Processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR (answering requests for quotations and sending brochures) and  Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c GDPR (legally required retention periods for bookings or invoices). The data fields marked as required are required for the establishment and fulfillment of the contract.

Within the scope of this data processing, we disclose personal data to third parties only on the basis of the legal permission of Art. 6 GDPR (e.g. on the basis of Art. 6 lit. b GDPR, if it is necessary to process an inquiry/booking process, or on the basis of our authorized interest according to Art. 6 lit. f GDPR for the use of corresponding booking software). If we commission third parties to process data, this is done exclusively on the basis of a processor agreement based on Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures data protection-compliant processing of your data by our processors.

SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us via a contact form. You can recognize the encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the usually green lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read or read by third parties.
